- Early voting in person for the November 5, 2024 General & Special Elections began on Friday, September 20 at 9 AM-5 PM at the Norfolk Office of Elections, 810 Union Street, Suite 100.
- In addition to the regular early voting hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM, the office will be open on Saturday, October 26 and November 2 from 9 AM-5 PM for early voting.
- The deadline to vote early for the November 5, 2024 General & Special Elections is 5 PM on Saturday, November 2.
- The City will open four (4) voter satellite locations beginning Thursday, October 24. They are:
- Berkley Recreation Center, 121 W. Liberty Street
- Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library, 1425 Norchester Avenue
- Lambert’s Point Community Center, 1251 W. 42nd Street
- Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Avenue
